why am i at work today? i was at a democratic elected official's fundraiser last night where they were pumping up obama for the presidency. so, why was i out until 4am when i had to work at 7? dumb. barack better when for making me feel like this today.

fit test

so ever since thanksgiving i have been doing pretty well at getting to the gym. the elliptical was getting a little easy so i decided to mix it up by doing the the 'fitness test' option on the machine. to my horror is came back as 'LOW!' yikes! this can't be right.

however, i am putting good money on the fact that the program is just not smart enough. i'm pretty sure i was just going to too fast and that threw the test out of whack. (yeah, that's it!) next time i'll outsmart precor.
