surprise birthday presents rule!!! check out what i got today (and didn't even ask for!):
1. mike davis reportedly will resign - possibly the worst thing that happened to IU b-ball was the 2002 tournament run (but at least joe's was fun)
2. the worst thing to happen to the cubs (and baseball) says he will retire!!
